Delete your UMBRA account and data

UMBRA users can request deletion of their account and associated data here without reinstalling or opening the mobile app.
Request account deletion
No account sign-in is required. You do not need to tell us why.
What deletion covers
- Your UMBRA account and profile.
- Training and workout history associated with the account.
- Nutrition history associated with the account.
- Body-weight and progress information associated with the account.
- Stored user media associated with the account, where applicable.
- Other personal data tied to the account.
Records that may be retained
Limited records may be retained where legally required or reasonably necessary — for example financial records, fraud prevention, dispute handling or security. This is described further in the Privacy Policy.
Deleting from inside the app
Users who still have the UMBRA app installed can also initiate account deletion from Settings.
Subscriptions
Deleting your UMBRA account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. If you have an active UMBRA Elite subscription, cancel it through the store that processed the purchase as well.
