UMBRA runs on the Neuro-Asymmetric RAG Protocol — a bifurcated architecture that mirrors biological cognition. Every node entering working memory carries Epistemic Provenance: modality, cognitive origin, a sensation gradient from theoretical to somatic, truth weighting, and causal timestamping. An offline Synthesis Engine distills raw episodes into permanent Semantic Rules and deletes the noise. Rules are then loaded by Anticipatory State-Loading — your biometric and environmental state unlocks the relevant context before you ever speak.
